Miss Eunice Aba Mensah is the reigning queen of the second edition of Miss Shs Ghana and final year student of Ahantaman Girls SHS located in the western part of Ghana.
This prestigious high school beauty pageant competition saw over 10 students representing their various senior high schools likes Ghana National College,Mfantsiman Girls SHS,Ahantaman Girls SHS,Labone High School,Oreilly SHS ,Edinaman Shs, Krobo Girls Shs and many more at the grande finale held at the commonwealth hall auditorium-Legon.
The contestants took turns on stage with activities such as representing your region specifically tourism,modelling , talent exhibition and presentation of project with some industry players like Clemento Suarez, Afriyie (GMB20),Veronica Sarfo (Pageant Veteran) and Gladstone as judges of the competition.
Meanwhile, personalities like Dr Setor Norgbe (GMB21 first runnerup) , Andy Tetteh , Jeneral Ntatia , Winners Of Miss Culture Ghana And Dede (GMB21) where there to grace the occasion.
Miss Shs Ghana is a Hi Skul Trace Tv initiative which seeks to bring out the hidden talent of high school students and give platform to those who want make an impact through pageantry.
Western Region representative, Eunice beat other regional representatives to win the sash, crown and cash prize of GHC 1,000.00 to fund project which is using sex education to curb the rate of teenage pregnancy in the region.
Oreilly shs’s Mirabel and Mardiya came 2nd and 3rd respectively getting some packages from sponsors.
